• Tulipbicycletour reserves the right to cancel a tour in case there are hazardous weather conditions, including thunderstorms, storms, extreme heat, snow or ice.
• Minimum/maximum number of people for this tour is 2 up to 20 participants.
• Payments must be made through the designated payment system. The tour must be completed on the scheduled date and time.
• The client and everyone in his/her group acknowledge being aware of the rules for riding and using the bicycle and accept all risks inherent to the activity. The client and everyone in his/her group assure to have their own third-party insurance for the activity. The client and everyone in his/her group confirm to be physically fit to take part in the activity or event that was booked, as well as to be in possession of and covered by a valid medical and travel insurance that covers taking part in the activity. The client and everyone in his/her group assume their sole responsibility from any and all physical and mental effects that may arise as consequence of carrying out the activity, including any problems derived from illness, medication or disability of any kind that could compromise their safety. Tulipbicycletour shall not be held liable for any damages or injuries inflicted upon clients or third parties during the activity.
• A bicycle tour is intensive and injuries can occur. Participants should assess themselves whether they are suitable for participation in the bicycletour. If you have health problems or obesity, or if you have any other reason to doubt whether you can participate in the bicycletour, it is strongly recommend that you first seek advice from a doctor.
• You must be able to cycle 15 kilometers. Your payment will not be refunded if it turns out that you cannot cycle
• Use the equipment correctly and, in particular, avoid using it in unsuitable places (stairs, ramps, etc.).
• Park the bicycle in suitable places and lock it up properly.
• Follow the applicable traffic rules and regulations, such as the ones regarding the use of reflectors, helmet, etc.
• Accept responsibility for the payment of any fine issued to you by the authorities during the tour.
• If you cause damage to a bicycle of tulipbicycletour or to a vehicle (car bicycle, moped motorcycle and other vehicles) of third parties through your own actions, you will pay directly a minimum excess of €250 to Tulipbicycletour.
• Do not make any modification or changes to the bicycle except for repairs needed as a result of breakage or malfunctioning.
• You are not under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other stimulant during the bicycle tour which may affect your ability to cycle.
• Tulipbicycletour reserves the right to exclude unsuitable participants from participating in a tour.
• It is advisable to wear a helmet during the tour. If you don’t want to wear a helmet, it is at your own risk.
• Cancellation is free up to 72 hours in advance. No refunds will be made within 72 hours before the start of the tour or when you arrive after departing time.
• You agree that your data will be kept by Tulipbicycletour. Tulipbicycletour hereby declares that neither the data will be disclosed to third parties for the purpose of privacy legislation.
• The text of these terms and conditions is offered in the Dutch language and in English. In case of conflict or if something is unclear, the Dutch version will prevail.

• Payments must be made through the designated payment system. The tour must be completed on the scheduled date and time.
• The client and everyone in his/her group acknowledge being aware of the rules for riding in the Netherlands and accept all risks inherent to the activity. The client and everyone in his/her group assure to have their own third-party insurance for the activity. The client and everyone in his/her group confirm to be physically fit to take part in the activity or event that was booked, as well as to be in possession of and covered by a valid medical and travel insurance that covers taking part in the activity. The client and everyone in his/her group assume their sole responsibility from any and all physical and mental effects that may arise as consequence of carrying out the activity, including any problems derived from illness, medication or disability of any kind that could compromise their safety. Tulip Landrover Tour shall not be held liable for any damages or injuries inflicted upon clients or third parties during the activity.

• You must have your seat belt locked at all times while driving.
• You are not under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other stimulant during the tour which may affect your ability.
• If you cause damage by your own actions to the Tulip Landrover or to a vehicle (car bike, moped motorcycle and other vehicles) of third parties, you pay directly an excess of €250,- to Tulip Landrover Tour.
• Tulip Landrover Tour reserves the right to exclude unsuitable participants from participating in a tour.
